Shipping and delivery

Orders received Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, will be shipped the same day or the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and / or Sunday are processed on Monday or Tuesday next.

Delivery times are 2/4 days in Europe.

The shipping cost is calculated at a flat rate 15,00 euro.

Returns

You have the right to terminate contract with Erboo.it, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) working days.
For more details refer to clause 7 general conditions of sale to the item right of withdrawal. 

Orders

The product sheet allows you to examine all the details before you put in the cart. See what other images are available and click to see full-page zoom. Before making the final choice, check prices and delivery times for that item. In our online shop and physical access to the same stock. In exceptional circumstances it may be a delay in delivery, in these cases the customer will be contacted immediately.

Once you add the product to your cart you can continue shopping or conclude the purchase immediately proceeding with the order. Choose Credit Card as payment method and pay with all cards that have the logo Visa, MasterCard ed American Express. Erboo.it also accepts rechargeable credit cards and Visa Electron.

Payment by PayPal

You may select PayPal as a payment method in your cart. Clicking COMPLETE THE ORDER, after confirming the details of your order, it will open the PayPal page from which you can pay no commission even if you do not have a PayPal account.

The debit payment

For orders made by credit card and PayPal, erboo.it charge you a fee to the order date. In any case we will charge only the amount of the products actually sent and related shipping fees, if they are present.

Coupon purchasing

The coupon purchase is a custom code, issued on special occasions, which gives you access to exclusive promotions and initiatives on products and services of erboo.it
How to use: enter the code into the "coupon purchase" on the first page of the Shopping Cart, and press "Apply". If the coupon purchase has been used properly, the total of your order will be immediately updated. Remember to always check the details of the promotion, including the date of validity of the code and the products to which it applies. You can apply only one coupon per purchase order.
