Lemon balm essential oil promotes relaxation, while lemon essential oil gives a pleasant citrus flavor.
Melatonin is a substance naturally produced by our body useful for reducing the time needed to fall asleep, it also promotes the body's adaptation to jet lag. Sublingual administration ensures faster absorption and greater bioavailability.

WHEN TO USE IT

VitaCalm Melatonin can be useful in case of difficulty falling asleep. It also helps to overcome jet lag related ailments.
To reduce the time needed to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin just before going to sleep. For jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of at least 0.5 mg of melatonin just before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.

HOW TO USE IT

Dissolve a tablet under the tongue in the evening just before bedtime.
