PHYSIOLOGICAL EFFECT: Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep • Griffonia, Valerian, Hypericum and Eschscholtzia act favorably on the relaxation.

INFORMATION TO THE CONSUMER: the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime.

SUGGESTED DAILY DOSAGE: one tablet. To be taken it half an hour before going to bed. To be swallowed with little water or to dissolve in the mouth.
