A practical, nice idea for carefully detailed, complete make-up to colour the eyelids and outline the eyes.

The simplest eye make-up tip is using a light shade of eye-shadow on most of the lid with a darker colour following the outline of the eye and widening at the outer-corners.
The lighter shadow brightens the lid area and should be applied before the darker one, then both can be shaded with a brush.
Eyeliner can be applied by making a series of very fine dashes on the eyelid, close to the lashes, evening them out using a precision brush or pen.
We suggest you dry the eyelids by dusting them lightly with powder for more long-lasting make up.
