Cleansing must be thorough and regular yet delicate: it is therefore suggested that a nonaggressive, specific product be used for impure skin. This should not stimulate the sebaceous glands to produce excess sebum, which worsens blemishes with its oiliness instead of helping. HELAN’s Sebum-regulating Cleansing Gel is a light, oil free formula that does not contain any oily substances. Thanks to its delicate, vegetable based cleansing, it thoroughly removes make up, dirt and smog.

Rhatany, Ceylon Cinnamon and Lilac extracts as well as purifying, re-balancing sweet Orange and Grapefruit essential oils act on sebum production, regulating its activity without altering the skin’s balance.

Apply the Cleansing Gel to dampened skin in the morning to free pores of sebum accumulated during the night and at night to free the skin of dirt, smog and make up. Massage on the face gently for a few seconds with circular movements, avoiding aggressive rubbing.

Rinse thoroughly to remove any residual product.

Avoid eye contact.

This skin type is characterized by a higher than normal production of sebum which forms an oily film on the skin. This film remains in the pores and oxidises on contact with air, causing impurities and blackheads, particularly in the T-zone ( forehead, nose and chin).

This type of skin requires specific treatments capable of gently yet thoroughly purifying and rebalancing the skin while simultaneously providing moisture to keep it fresh and vital, looking even, smooth and bright, without a trace of oiliness.
