Take 1 stick pack per day to be dissolved directly in mouth.

RELAXCOMPLEX® (Amino acid complex based on L-Glycine and L-Tryptophan), Sweetener: Isomalt; Acidifier: Citric acid; Maltodextrin, Anti-caking agent: Silicon dioxide; Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L., grass with flowers) dry extract tit. 0.5% in Vitexin, Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L., ligulate flowers) dry extract, Sweetener: Sucralose.
