WHEN TO USE IT

WHO recommends a daily intake of vitamin D of 5 μg for children and adults up to age 50 (including pregnant and lactating women), 10 μg (400 IU) for 51-65 year-olds and 15 μg (600 IU) for people over 65. The American pediatric guidelines recommend giving children 400 international units (IU) of vitamin D per day, starting from the first days of life: this has been proved to have benefits for their health throughout their life.

HOW TO USE

It is recommended to take 5 drops of product per day (400 IU of vitamin D3). It is possible to dilute the drops in water or other liquid. For a correct use of the product seek medical advice. Shake the bottle well before use.

INGREDIENTS

Water, fructose, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), flavoring, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.

WHAT DOES IT CONTAIN

Vitamin D3, 400 IU in 5 drops. 100% natural. It also contains Vitamin E.
