Specchiasol SERENOTTE DROPS 20 ML

Food supplement based on Escolzia, Red Poppy, L-Theanine and Melatonin useful for achieving a state of relaxation and promoting night rest. In fact, the Escolzia helps to relax, the Red Poppy to relieve localized states of tension, the Melatonin reduces the time required to fall asleep and alleviates the effects of jet-lag. Serenotte Gocce also contains an L-Theanine extract.

How to use

We recommend taking 1 ml (20 drops), in a little water or herbal tea, before going to bed. Hold under the tongue for a few minutes before swallowing.
In the case of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 ml (10 drops) at bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.
